Family stay, could use some changes

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Had a decent room, clean enough, which I appreciated.

St george was a lovely place to stay. the hotel was very clean, and my twin room was spotless. it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our group. the reception staff were quick, polite, and very helpful.

The shower above the bath didn’t work. A bad smell from the fridge was a letdown, and noise from other guests in nearby rooms was a constant disturbance. Parking was a hassle. available spaces were hit or miss and caused unnecessary headaches. The hotel's overall state felt run down, with broken furniture and peeling paint. No food offered on-site, which was odd with a dining area solely for takeout.
